Lamphere High School wrestlers competed in a duel meet against Cousino & Avondale at Fitzgerald High School on December 14th, 2022. Lamphere finished the night going 1-1, losing a close duel against Cousino 33-35 and ending the night with a win over Avondale, 45-30.
Cameron Nash-Grabke & Yani Cunmulaj were the stand out wrestlers of the night, both going 2-0.
All who competed wrestled hard and embodied what it means to be a Ram.
