Lamphere Wrestling atteneded the Chippewa Valley Team Dual Tournament this past weekend and ended the day 3-2.
Lamphere came up with wins against Warren Mott, Edsel Ford, & Chippewa Valley and some close losses to Brother Rice and Algonac.
Trent Jackson went 5-0 and Josh Crowe went 4-1 on the day.
Great job Rams!

MAC White Duals - Utica HS

Lamphere Wrestling attended the MAC White opener wrestling against Utica and Fraser. Lamphere went 0-2 on the night losing 49-27 to Utica and a very close dual against Fraser, 33-32.
All who competed illustrated what it means to be a Ram!

Lamphere Wrestling attended 3 different Varsity tournaments on 1/6/24 and ended the day with 10 placers.
Trent Jackson attended the Detroit Catholic Central Invite and ended the day with a 1st place finish.
The Varsity wrestling team attended the West Bloomfield Invitational and ended the day with 5 placers:
Christian Simmons- 3rd, Benson Kamau- 3rd, Chase Dort- 4th, Austin Dort- 4th, Nico Johnson- 4th
Our JV wrestling team attended the Dan Lowe Invitational at Bishop Foley and ended the day with 4 placers:
Jarell Seal- 3rd, Christian Urbaniak- 3rd, Tyler Abbott- 3rd, Jacoby Johnson- 4th

Lamphere Wrestling attended the Macomb County Varsity, JV and Girls tournament and ended the day with 9 placers.
Varsity Placers: Trent Jackson-1st, Nico Johnson-2nd, Christian Simmons-5th, Logan Henkel-8th
Girls Varsity: Allie Matheney-2nd
JV Placers: Christian Urbaniak-1st, Jarrell Seal-6th, Justyse Nash-7th, Max Stein-8th

Lamphere competed in the Varsity, Women's Varsity, and JV Macomb County Invitational on December 20th & 21st, 2022. Lamphere sent 6 wrestlers to the Varsity tournament, 1 wrestler to the Women's Varsity tournament, & 18 wrestlers to JV tournament.
Varsity Macomb County Placers: Trent Jackson took 1st, Christian Simmons took 6th, and Yani Cunmulaj took 7th.
Women's Varsity Macomb County Placers: Te'Azia Garcia took 3rd.
Junior Varsity Macomb County Placers: Logan Henkel took 1st, Travis El-Mokdad took 2nd, Brennen Zink took 4th, Luis Nunez & Max Stein took 6th, and Josh Crowe took 8th.
