Biography:
I graduated from Lamphere and wrestled at both John Page and Lamphere. I was captain of the wrestling team my senior year. My biggest accomplishment as a wrestler was winning the Macomb County tournament.
This is my first year coaching wrestling at the Middle School level. I helped coach the Madison Rams wrestling club for 7 or 8 years. The wrestling ages ranged from 5 to 14 years. In addition, I coached Little League baseball and travel league baseball over 12+ year period.
Since I'm new at the Middle School level, I will need to plan and adapt my daily practice plans based upon how the wrestlers are responding to what we are doing. Wrestling is highly physical event and we will be doing a significant amount of conditioning as required.
